Our philosophy is that the students are the part-way of this process from whence to end. We expect them to take responsibility for meeting deadlines, researching colleges, registering for tests, and completing applications. The defining strength of our program is the truly unrenowned stratum of personal sustentation our higher counselor is worldly-wise to provide to each student. Our higher counselor is here to support, encourage, and counsel students as they navigate the many misogynist higher options. The higher counseling process begins during the sophomore year through a specificHigherCounseling Course. This undertow continues into the 11th grade year, and individualized meetings with students and parents uncork in the second half of junior year. Seniors enroll in a Senior Seminar undertow for the entirety of their senior year, and our higher counselor uses this time to weightier facilitate all facets of the higher using and financial aid process during the fall semester, and the many aspects of higher transition during the spring semester. As a member of the National Association forHigherAdmission Counseling (NACAC), MMI affirms NACAC's statement of Students' Rights and Responsibilities in the higher ticket process. In wing to NACAC, MMI's higher counselor continues her professional minutiae and networking with higher ticket professionals by stuff an zippy member of theHigherBoard, Pennsylvania Association forHigherAdmission Counseling (PACAC), where she chairs the ProfessionalMinutiaeCommittee, and the Association ofHigherCounselors inSelf-sustainingSchools (ACCIS). In addition, our higher counselor regularly visits higher campuses and attends higher ticket events locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Throughout the year, MMI is visited by ticket representatives from colleges and universities wideness the country. This professional worriedness provides MMI students and parents with a counselor who is knowledgeable, up-to-date, and unfluctuating to professional peers on higher campuses and at other schools. While the inside focus of higher counseling is helping students navigate the higher search and using process, our assistance does not end there. We are single-minded to helping MMI families secure financial aid and merit scholarships for college. We believe in working collaboratively with students, parents, faculty, and administrators, who are all key to the success of the higher process.
